1. QUOTE VALIDITY
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- Pricing may be subject to change after the validity period.
2. ORDER APPROVAL & PRODUCTION
- Production will begin only after receiving the signed order confirmation and required payment.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs, spellings, dimensions, colors, and specifications before production begins.
- Once production has started, changes may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
- Standard payment terms are 50% deposit upfront to begin production and 50% balance due before shipment.
- Orders with a total value under USD 500 require full payment upfront.
- Production timelines begin after payment confirmation and final artwork approval.
4. PRICING & SHIPPING
- Pricing includes sign fabrication and delivery.
- Installation is not included and must be arranged by the customer unless otherwise specified.
- Any additional costs related to site conditions, permits, electrical work, or installation requirements are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified.
5. MANUFACTURING TOLERANCE
- Due to manufacturing processes, a ±5% variation in dimensions, colors, and finishes is considered acceptable.
- Minor variations in materials, lighting intensity, and finishes may occur.
6. INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
- Installation must be performed according to applicable UL and NEC guidelines and local regulations.
- Proper electrical connections, mounting structure, permits, and installation safety are the customer's responsibility unless installation services are specifically included.
7. WARRANTY
- Products include a 3-year warranty on parts against manufacturing defects under normal use.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, accidents, misuse, weather-related damage, electrical issues, or unauthorized modifications.
8. FABRICATION ARTWORK
- Customer-provided artwork, logos, and specifications must be accurate and production-ready.
- Epic Craftings is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided after approval.
9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided in good faith and may vary due to factors outside our control, including shipping delays, customs, weather, or carrier issues.
- Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery and reporting any visible damage promptly.
10. CANCELLATION & CHANGES
- Cancellation requests after production approval may be subject to charges for completed work, materials, and processing.
- Any requested changes after approval may affect pricing and delivery timelines.
